The reception hall of the Exit and Entry Administration of Tianjin Public Security Bureau (19, Shou’an Street, Hebei District), in accordance with the requirement of overall epidemic prevention and control, economic and social development, and the restore of order in production and life, is to resume its on-site service for exit and entry from March 2. The reception hall of the Exit and Entry Administration of Tianjin PSB in Binhai High-tech Zone, and the reception halls for exit and entry in Binhai New Area Public Security Bureau and other sub-bureaus are to remain suspended. Relevant arrangements are hereby announced as follows:
1. To minimize large gatherings, improve work efficiency, and cut the waiting time of applicants, the Exit and Entry Administration of Tianjin PSB is to fully implement an appointment system, opening from 9: 00 to 12: 00 and from 14: 00 to 17: 00 from Monday to Friday.
2. Applicants can schedule an appointment by following the WeChat official account of the Exit and Entry Administration of Tianjin PSB (“天津出入境”), logging into its website (http://crj.ga.tj.gov.cn) or calling 24458825 (at each appointment only one application can be processed). Applicants who have successfully booked an appointment must arrive at the reception hall on time for entry and exit service, and those who do not arrive as scheduled need to book a new appointment. Units with more than six foreigners applying for visas in a batch shall make an appointment by call in advance.
3. In conformity with a notice released by the National Immigration Administration, the service of applying for individual travel permits for mainland residents visiting Taiwan, and group and individual travel permits for inland residents visiting Hong Kong and Macao is to remain suspended; the service of applying for business permits for inland residents visiting Hong Kong is to be suspended.
4. Applicants are required to wear a mask and cooperate with relevant personnel to scan the QR code and have body temperature measured. After entering the hall, they shall keep a distance of more than one meter from each other.
