Seven COVID-19 patients in Tianjin were discharged from hospital on 2 March. After receiving careful treatments, the patients’ conditions improved and they all met the discharge standards according to the expert panel’s evaluation as their respiratory symptoms gradually relieved, their lung images showed that the lesions had obviously resolved, all their biochemical indicators were normal, and two consecutive nucleic acid tests all showed negative results.
To date, a total of 118 patients in Tianjin have been released from hospital after recovery from COVID-19.
