2.Dialysis Room has resumed diagnosis and treatment. Patients shall undergo dialysis according to dialysis plans and rules and regulations formulated by nephrologists.

3. Interventional treatment: emergency intervention shall be carried out according to emergency procedures in the hospital; selective intervention shall be arranged by appointment.

4. Surgical treatment: emergency surgery shall be carried out according to emergency procedures in the hospital; selective surgery shall be arranged by appointment after evaluation by the surgeon.

5. Patients with malignant tumors shall receive surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy by appointment.

6.Normal delivery of pregnant women shall be ensured.

7. Health Management Center is open for consultation and appointments are available by calling 65665962.

8.Divisions of Ultrasonography, Imaging, Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, and Electrocardiogram Room, Electroencephalogram Room, TCD Room and Electromyogram Room has started receiving patients. The reception time is the same as that before the epidemic, and an appointment shall be made with the division.

9. Endoscopy Center is officially open for consultation. Patients or their families shall make an appointment with the application form at the reception desk of the Center in the Medical Technology Building during working hours from Monday to Friday. Painless endoscopy examination cannot be offered currently. (Please note that chest CT, blood routine and C-reactive protein examination shall be performed for all patients who have made an appointment during the epidemic period to ensure COVID-19 cases are excluded)

10. Consultation time for lung function, and carbon 13 and carbon 14 testing is to be notified.

1. If patients who have received normal outpatient and emergency treatment need to be admitted into the hospital, relevant COVID-19 screening (blood routine, C-reactive protein and chest imaging examination) shall be performed. Admission procedures shall be completed after consultation by the expert panel in the division or the hospital to ensure COVID-19 cases are excluded.

2. Real-name registration is required for hospitalization. Please bring your ID card (or medical insurance card) and hospitalization certificate to go through hospitalization procedures at the admission office on the first floor of the In-patient Department.

= 3 \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT III. Accompanying and Visiting System

1. In-patient Department has canceled the visiting system (including that of the Division of Critical Care Medicine) during the epidemic; If necessary, the doctor in the Division of Critical Care Medicine will contact the family members to arrange visits.

2. South Gate of the inpatient building is only open from 6: 00 to 20: 00 and access is strictly prohibited during the rest of the time unless there are special circumstances.

3. The hospital provides nutritionally balanced food except for special meals to reduce staff mobility and avoid cross infection.

4. Each inpatient is required to have at most one caregiver, who shall enter and leave the hospital with the caregiving certificate, wear a mask and avoid walking around in the hospital.

5. All people entering the inpatient building are required to truthfully inform their epidemiological history and those coming to Binhai New Area from other places without receiving screening at fever clinics are not allowed to enter the inpatient building. Before entering, you shall cooperate with the pre-screening triage office to make registration by scanning a QR code and have body temperature tested. Since it takes time to register the admission information, please be sure to fill in your specific information on your phone in advance and actively cooperate with the pre-screening triage personnel and medical staff. After successfully registering the information, you can enter the building by scanning the QR code without registering again.
