【结好时间】天津市与韩国仁川市于1993年12月7日正式建立友城关系。

【城市特点】仁川市是韩国首尔市的卫星城，韩国第二大港口城市。拥有众多中小企业，其中汽车、机械、金属、电机等四个行业占70%。仁川国际机场未来将建设成为东北亚的枢纽机场。仁川港将建成为集航空口岸、通讯口岸和海港口岸、观光港、商务港五种功能为一体的港口。仁川自由经济区是国家指定的韩国首批自由经济区，包括松岛、永宗及青罗三个地区，目前正在快速发展。

【合作领域】天津市与仁川市在经贸、文化、人员交流等领域开展了卓有成效的交流合作，堪称中韩两国友城合作的典范。

【Established Date】Tianjin and Incheon of the Republic of Korea（ROK） officially established friendship-city relations on December 7, 1993.

【City Characteristics】Incheon is a satellite city of Seoul,  the ROK and the second largest port city in  the country. It has many small and medium-sized enterprises, of which four industries, including automobile, machinery, metal and motor, account for 70% of the total. Incheon International Airport is to be built into a hub airport in Northeast Asia in the future. Incheon Port is to be built into a port integrating five functions: air port, communication port and seaport port, sightseeing port and business port. Incheon Free Economic Zone is one of the first free economic zones in the ROK designated by the state and includes three areas, Songdo, Yeongjong and Cheongna, which are currently undergoing rapid development.

【Cooperation Fields】Tianjin and Incheon have carried out fruitful exchanges and cooperation in economy and trade, culture, personnel exchange and other fields, which is a model of friendship-city cooperation between China and  the ROK.
