【结好时间】天津市与法国鲁昂-诺曼底大都市区(原名鲁昂城郊共同体)于2013年5月21日正式建立友城关系。

【城市特色】鲁昂-诺曼底大都市区成立于2010年1月1日，以鲁昂市为中心。鲁昂市是法国北部历史名城、文化重镇，港口优势明显，经济、科教发展水平较高。

【合作领域】目前，我市与鲁昂-诺曼底大都市区在教育领域开展了交流合作。

【Established Date】The friendship-city relations between Tianjin and the Rouen-Normandy Metropolis (formerly known as Communauté d'agglomération Rouen-Elbeuf-Austreberthe) were officially established on May 21, 2013.
