【城市特色】莫吉廖夫州位于白俄罗斯东部中心，同俄罗斯交界，首府莫吉廖夫市。该州矿产资源丰富、农业发达，是白俄罗斯主要工业中心之一，也是重要的历史和文化中心。莫吉廖夫州是白俄罗斯轮胎、水泥、电力发动机、橡胶鞋、纺织品等材料的主要生产地，建有1个莫吉廖夫自由经济区。

【合作领域】目前，我市与莫吉廖夫州在经贸投资、教育等领域开展了交流合作。

【Established Date】On May 17, 2019, Tianjin and Mogilev Region signed an agreement to establish friendly exchange and cooperation relations.

【City Characteristics】Mogilev Region is located in the center of eastern Belarus, bordering Russia, and its capital is Mogilev City. The region is rich in mineral resources and developed in agriculture. It is one of the major industrial centers in Belarus and an important historical and cultural center. Mogilev Region is a major producer of tires, cement, electric engines, rubber shoes, textiles and other materials in Belarus, with a Mogilev Free Economic Zone.
