【结好时间】天津市与葡萄牙塞图巴尔市于2018年12月5日签署建立友好城市关系意向书。

【城市特色】塞图巴尔位于萨杜河口湾北岸、毗邻里斯本，是葡萄牙第三大港口。工业以陶瓷、制盐、沙丁鱼罐头、葡萄酒、软木加工为主。

【合作领域】目前，我市与塞图巴尔市开展职业教育合作，由天津机电职业技术学院与塞图巴尔理工学院共同建设葡萄牙鲁班工坊。

【Established Date】Tianjin and setubal signed a letter of intent to establish friendship-city relations on December 5, 2018.

【City Characteristics】Setubal, located on the north bank of Sado Estuary and adjacent to Lisbon, is the third largest port in Portugal. Its industries mainly include ceramics, salt making, canned sardines, wine and cork wood processing.

【Cooperation Fields】At present, Tianjin and Setubal are engaged in vocational education. Tianjin Vocational College of Mechanics and Electricity and Polytechnic Institute of Setubal have jointly built Luban Workshop in Portugal.
