为进一步促进我市民间对外交往工作，充分宣传展示市对外友协理事会成员单位对外合作交流等基本情况及代表风采，扩大理事单位之间的交流互鉴，调动理事单位及代表的积极性、主动性，增强友协理事会的凝聚力、向心力，自即日起市对外友协将分别对各理事成员单位有关情况（主要包括：单位简介、对外交流合作情况、理事单位代表简介）进行巡礼展示。

天士力控股集团有限公司

一、单位简介

天士力集团创建于1994年，是一家以全面国际化为引领，以大健康产业为主线，以大生物医药产业为核心，以生物医学工程为协同，以健康保健产业和医疗康复、健康养生、健康管理服务业为两翼的高科技企业集团。

二、对外交往交流合作情况

天士力集团开展和完成了一系列中药的国际注册项目，在服务人类卫生健康、促进民心相通方面发挥了重要作用。承办了多场“新冠肺炎治疗国际学术交流会”，以视频方式向全球公众直播,结合中医药和中西医结合方案在抗击新冠疫情中发挥的作用，与国际医师、学者以及社会各界进行学术交流，为抗击疫情贡献中国智慧和中国方案。

为推动更多中药品种走向国际市场，以天士力集团为牵头单位，联合国内17家龙头企业、高校、科研院所组建中医药世界联盟。这是国内第一个获得国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项支持的联盟，旨在整合中医药产业、科研和技术优势资源，打通中医药国际化瓶颈，通力打造中药优势品种进入国际医药市场的产业转化平台和中药国际化高级人才的培养基地。

天士力集团在国际化法规政策研究及应用实践两大方面均取得了标志性成果。近10余年来，天士力集团在40余个国家和地区，共取得450多个注册批件，发表代表性论文2篇；在20多个国家获得60余项专利授权。

三、理事单位代表简介

朱永宏，男，1965年出生，江苏南通人，中共党员，中药学博士，正高级研究员，国务院特殊津贴专家，现任天士力控股集团有限公司执行总裁，兼任全国工商联医药业商会副会长、天津市工商联执委、天津市对外友好协会理事单位代表、天津市北辰区商会副会长、中国中药协会副会长、中国医药企业管理协会副会长等，先后获得 “天津市五一劳动奖章”、“天津市优秀科技工作者”、“天津市劳动模范”、“天津市国资委授予的优秀共产党员”等称号以及国家科技进步二等奖2项、省部级科技进步奖4项、其他科学技术奖3项。

Tianjin People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries will perform a publicity show in batches, to present the basic information about the council members of Tianjin People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, including company profiles, international exchange and cooperation, and profiles of the council members’ representatives. The publicity show aims to improve the city's civil diplomacy work, fully publicize and show the international exchange and cooperation among the council members, vigorously improve their exchange and mutual appreciation, and enhance their cohesiveness.

I. About Company

Founded in 1994, Tasly Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech corporate group that aims to go international across the board, takes the big health industry and the general biological medicine industry as the key and core development directions, and regards the health care industry and medical services (e.g. medical rehabilitation, health preservation and health management) as two supporting businesses.

II. International Exchanges and Cooperation

Tasly has undertaken and completed a series of international registration projects for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), playing an important role in serving the health of human beings and enhancing people-to-people bonds.Under its sponsorship, a number of "international academic exchange meetings on the treatment of COVID-19" have been live-streamed to the global public via video conferencing. At these meetings, international physicians, scholars and all walks of life have conducted heated academic exchanges on the role of TCM and the combination of TCM and Western medicine in the fight against the COVID-19, contributing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to this fight.

To engage more TCM varieties in the international market, Tasly has taken the lead in establishing a World Alliance for Traditional Chinese Medicine with 17 leading enterprises, universities and research institutes in China. This is China's first alliance supported by the National Science and Technology Major Project for the Key New Drug Creation and Manufacturing Program, which works to build an industrial transformation platform for competitive TCM varieties to enter the international pharmaceutical market and a training base for senior talent in the internationalization of TCM by integrating the superior research and technology resources of the TCM industry and breaking the bottleneck in the TCM internationalization.

Tasly has achieved remarkable results in both research and application practice of TCM internationalization regulations and policies. Over the past 10 years, Tasly has obtained more than 450 registration approvals in more than 40 countries (regions), with two representative papers published. It has also acquired more than 60 patents in more than 20 countries.

III. About Council Member’s Representative

Zhu Yonghong, male, a native of Nantong, Jiangsu Province born in 1965, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, a senior high researcher, and an expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council. He currently serves as Executive President of Tasly Holding Group Co., Ltd., and also take posts such as Vice President of the Medical Pharmaceutical Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Executive Committee of Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce, a representative of the council member of Tianjin People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Beichen District, Tianjin, Vice President of China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Vice President of China Pharmaceutical Enterprises Association. He has been granted the "Tianjin May 1st Labor Medal", and the titles of "Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker in Tianjin", "Tianjin's Model Worker", and "Outstanding Communist Party Member awarded by Tianjin State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission". He has also won two second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, four provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards and three other science and technology awards.
