狗不理始创于1858 年，至今已有160余年历史，是国家商务部认定的首批“中华老字号”、“中国驰名商标”，目前已成为拥有餐饮连锁酒店、食品工业，控股多家国外食品保健品、生物科技、益生菌制造的企业集团；集团先后获得“全国五一劳动奖状”、“全国就业与社会保障先进民营企业”、“中国十大餐饮品牌企业”等荣誉，共获得专利44项，传统面食制作技艺入选国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
二、对外交流合作情况
多年来，狗不理集团多次广泛参与国家外事接待、联合国气候变化大会、达沃斯论坛等外交外事活动，使这一民族品牌得到广泛的认可与尊重。 狗不理集团在澳大利亚先后投资控股三家公司，成功将与昆士兰大学合作研发的菌株专利产业化，以供应澳洲及中国市场。在北京2019年举办的“一带一路”峰会上，与澳洲企业签约，成为国家商务部对外投资的重点项目之一。

张彦森，男，1959年出生，先后任职全国政协委员，全国工商联执委、天津市人大常委会委员；现任职狗不理集团、天津同仁堂集团、宏仁堂药业公司董事长。荣获改革开放40年全国百名杰出民营企业家、全国关爱员工优秀民营企业家、全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情民营经济百名先进个人，天津市优秀民营企业家、天津市劳动模范等称号。
