天津市西岸相声剧场于2011年8月19日开业，是全市首家集政府支持、媒体参与、企业投资于一体的专业高端“津味相声”演出场所，由河西区融媒体中心和中华老字号天津桂发祥食品集团投资，共同经营管理，为让更多群众享有带有津味的高品质文化生活贡献力量。
二、对外交流合作情况
2014年10月，作为“美丽天津”艺术团的特邀演员，天广乐相声社团远赴南非、纳米比亚为当地的华人华侨带去了精彩的相声表演。
2015年春节前夕，西岸相声继续走出国门，应中国驻法国大使馆邀请，参加当地华人喜迎新春联欢活动，同样得到了当地华人华侨的赞誉！
2018年2月,来自俄罗斯的小伙子耶果也希望能在相声界一展拳脚，毅然踏上来西岸学相声之路，因为热爱相声，有着将相声文化传遍世界每个角落的理想，在一起排练的过程中跟演员们成为了亦师亦友的关系，互相补足，互相成长，耶果也帮助演员们改进相声台本让它的笑点更契合外国人的文化。
2021年春节放假期间，由于疫情防控要求，提倡留津过年，西岸相声剧场为丰富留津过年的外籍朋友春节假期，免费赠予春节假期专场门票300张，让留津过年的外国朋友过一个特色中国年。
2022年2月,由天津市人民政府外事办公室、天津市人民对外友好协会主办、西岸相声剧场协办的与“身边的国际社会”一起“战疫情·庆冬奥·迎盛会”活动。西岸相声剧场的青年相声演员展现了天津众志成城、抗击疫情的感人场面，又表达了祝福冬奥、喜迎盛会中外一家亲的真情实感，使身在异国的外国人真心感受到了第二故乡——天津大家庭的温暖和中国传统文化的魅力。

刘婷婷，女，1981年出生，2014年8月加入民建天津市河西区委员会，现任天津市智绘文化传播有限公司总经理。兼任民建河西区中青年支部支部委员。2014年荣获天津市文化产业示范基地。中央电视台“新闻联播”介绍了西岸相声剧场为百姓服务创新发展的成绩。2021年西岸相声剧场荣获第九届全国服务农民、服务基层文化建设先进集体。

On the eve of the Chinese New Year in 2015, XI AN Xiangsheng Theater continued its global journey, and invited by the Chinese Embassy in France, it participated in the New Year celebration event organized by overseas Chinese in France, winning praise from a wide range of them.
In February 2018, Jager, a young man from Russia with an aspiration to gain a reputation in the xiangsheng community, made up his mind to learn xiangsheng at XI AN Xiangsheng Theater. Because of his love for xiangsheng and his vision to spread this culture to every corner of the world, Jager, during the rehearsals, developed a relationship with other performers where they both treated each other as teachers and friends. They learned from and grew up with each other in this process, and Jager also helped the Chinese performers improve their scripts to make them more suitable for Russians' culture.
During the Spring Festival in 2021, due to the requirements for COVID-19 prevention and control, the local government advocated spending this holiday in Tianjin. Thus, XI AN Xiangsheng Theater presented 300 free tickets for a special show to enrich the life of foreigners during their stay in Tianjin for the holiday, making them have a special Chinese New Year.
In February 2022, the Foreign Affairs Office of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, the Tianjin People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and XI AN Xiangsheng Theater co-organized the event themed "working together to fight against the COVID-19, celebrating the 2022 Winter Olympics and welcoming the 20th National Congress of the CPC with the international community in Tianjin". The young xiangsheng performers from XI AN Xiangsheng Theater put on a touching show about Tianjin people's joint efforts to fight the pandemic, and expressed their joy in uniting local Chinese and foreigners to celebrate the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games like one family. Through this performance, foreigners in Tianjin truly felt the warmth of Tianjin as their second hometown and the charm of traditional Chinese culture.

Liu Tingting, female, born in 1981, joined the Tianjin Hexi District Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association in August 2014. She is now General Manager of Tianjin Zhihui Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and a member of the middle-aged and young branch of the Hexi District Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association. In 2014, XI AN Xiangsheng Theater was listed as one of Tianjin's cultural industry demonstration bases. CCTV's program "Xinwen Lianbo" covered XI AN Xiangsheng Theater's performances in innovating its services for the public. In 2021, XI AN Xiangsheng Theater was crowned as "the 9th National Advanced Group for Serving Farmers and Grassroots Cultural Development".
