一、单位简介

天津旭日国韵京剧艺术培训学校始创于2017年，由京剧名家石晓亮先生携手天津艺术职业学院（原天津戏曲学校）联合创办，众多京剧名家、名师齐力打造，致力于普及京剧艺术、挖掘和培养京剧人才，组织各种京剧公益活动。

二、对外交流合作情况

京剧作为国粹，是讲好中国故事的最好载体，学校经常性地组织与国际友人的互动体验活动。学校作为南开大学京剧艺术传承基地，不定期组织专业京剧演员老师和京剧学生与南开大学国际留学生进行互动交流，为外国友人表演京剧，展示京剧表演之美；教外国友人唱京剧，体验京剧唱腔之美；为外国友人展示京剧服装服饰，感受京剧服饰之美，给外国友人扮戏，使其亲身体验京剧容装之美；教外国友人学习京剧身形动作，感受京剧的形体之美；为外国友人讲解京剧唱段，讲述中国历史和人物故事。

学校与中央电视台和天津电视台等媒体的相关栏目进行战略合作，学校的京剧学生多次登上央视舞台，参加了《一鸣惊人》《宝贝亮相》《角来了》等央视戏曲频道的节目。参加了2022年央视春晚广告片、2022年央视戏曲春晚、2022年央视元宵晚会的录制；多次参加天津电视台少儿春晚，《模唱大咖秀》等许多节目的录制。同时学校打造自己的品牌活动“大演员小龙套和小演员大龙套”的公演；组织在津湾小剧场每月一场的专场演出,为孩子们提供更多的展示渠道。

旭日国韵京剧艺术学校作为天津市对外友协理事成员单位，2022年2月应邀参加由天津市人民政府外事办公室与天津市人民对外友好协会举办的与“身边的国际社会”一起“战疫情·庆冬奥·迎盛会”活动，旭日国韵京剧学校的小朋友们为中外友人表演了《国韵传承》，受到一致好评。

三、理事单位代表简介

石晓亮，1964年出生，旭日国韵京剧艺术培训学校创始人，著名京剧表演艺术家，国家一级演员，梅花奖得主，叶派武丑，非物质文化遗产传承人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。积极参与各种对外友好交流活动，让更多外国友人通过京剧了解中国的国粹艺术，曾多次受邀出访美国、日本、新加坡、澳大利亚等国以及台湾、香港、澳门等地区。

I. About Company

Xuri Guoyun Peking Opera Art Training School was founded in 2017 in Tianjin by Mr. Shi Xiaoliang, a famous Peking Opera artist, together with Tianjin Art Vocational College, the former Tianjin Opera School. Many famous Peking Opera artists and teachers have been invited to this school to popularize the art of Peking Opera, discover and train Peking Opera talent, and organize various public welfare activities related to Peking Opera.

II. International Exchanges and Cooperation

As one of the national treasures, Peking Opera is the best way to tell Chinese stories to foreigners. In this case, Xuri Guoyun Peking Opera Art Training School often holds a series of interactive experience activities to promote exchanges with international friends. As the Peking Opera art inheritance base of Nankai University, the school invites professional Peking Opera teachers and teenage Peking Opera performers on an irregular basis, to interact with international students in Nankai University. These experts will lead foreigners to experience the beauty of Peking Opera by imparting to them how to perform, sing, do makeup, dress themselves up and make body movements. And they will explain the Chinese history and the stories of famous characters behind the verses of Peking Opera.

The school has signed strategic cooperation agreements with CCTV, Tianjin TV and other media, through which teenage Peking Opera performers from the school have attended the programs of CCTV many times, including the "Blockbuster", "Babies' Debut" and "Opera Actors Show Off" launched by CCTV-11, the Chinese opera channel of CCTV. These teenagers also took part in the recording of the ad film for the 2022 CCTV Spring Festival Gala, the 2022 CCTV Opera Spring Festival Gala, and the 2022 CCTV Lantern Festival Gala, and participated in Tianjin TV's recording of Children's Spring Festival Gala, "Impression Singing Show" and many other programs. At the same time, the school has launched its own branded activity "Peking Opera Inheritance from Generation to Generation", which is to be held monthly in the Jinwan Theater for children to showcase their talents.

As a member of Tianjin People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Xuri Guoyun Peking Opera Art Training School was invited to participate in the event themed "working together to fight against the COVID-19, celebrating the 2022 Winter Olympics and welcoming the 20th National Congress of the CPC with the international community in Tianjin" sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of Tianjin Municipal People's Government and the Tianjin People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in February 2022. At this event, children from the school performed "National Rhyme Heritage" for the Chinese and foreign audiences, winning unanimous praise.

III. About Council Member’s Representative

Shi Xiaoliang, born in 1964, is the founder of Xuri Guoyun Peking Opera Art Training School, a famous Peking Opera artist, a national class-I actor, a winner of the Plum Blossom Award and a military comedian of the Ye school in Peking Opera. He is an inheritor of intangible cultural heritage and an expert enjoying the special allowances of the State Council and the government. He has been actively engaged in various friendly international exchange activities, to enable more foreigners to understand the national arts of China through Peking Opera, and has been repeatedly invited to conduct cultural exchanges in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Australia and other countries, and China's Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR.
