一、单位简介

天津市医疗器械商会成立于2007年，由天津市从事医疗器械生产和经营的企业自愿组成，在社团局注册备案，是具有独立法人资格的社团组织。拥有会员单位150余家，拥有一批技术先进、信誉良好的优秀会员企业。商会立足于市场和服务，带领企业开拓国内、国际市场，参与国际合作交流；维护会员合法权益，协助企业排忧解难。

二、对外交流合作情况

1► 拜访巴西圣保罗世贸中心（2017）。

2► 与秘鲁商协会座谈（2017）。

商会一直致力于引领企业开拓国际市场，组织企业参加迪拜国际医疗器械展览会、德国杜塞尔多夫国际医疗器械展等国际专业展会。在外展商贸中，商会不忘带领企业开展交流、访问、合作活动。在迪拜，带领企业访问了阿联酋华人华侨联合会。在欧洲，拜访了法兰克福工业协会、德中友好协会。在南非，访问了南非政府卫生部。在美国，赴纽约拜访了世界贸易总部。2017年，商会组织企业随市商务委团组赴巴西、秘鲁进行了贸易促进、商务交流活动。期间，带领企业拜访了圣保罗世贸中心、巴中商会、秘鲁出口商协会、API、中国驻秘鲁经济商务参赞处。这些活动使企业拓展了视野，交流了商情，寻找了商机。

2019年，商会积极响应国家“推进贸易强国”号召，把握“一带一路”倡议带来的巨大市场机遇，在各级商务部门的支持下，与北方国际天津医保公司合作，在非洲建立了“天津市医疗器械（乌干达）服务展销中心”。中心设展厅150平方米，展示了20多家天津企业的200多种产品，依托天津医保的80多名中外员工，为天津企业提供仓储运输、售后维修等服务。乌干达服务展销中心已成为天津医疗器械企业开拓非洲市场的桥头堡。

三、理事单位代表简介

宋学东女士，中共党员，硕士，任天津迈达医学科技股份有限公司党支部书记/董事、常务副总经理，任商会理事。创建并领导公司国际部，每年多次带队参加国际医疗器械专业展会，出口额逐渐撑起公司一半收入；跟随医疗队开展“一带一路”“光明行”走进纳米比亚活动；协助市商务局、高新区、医疗器械商会设立了“天津市医疗器械（乌干达）服务展销中心”；参与“天津滨海高新技术产业开发区国家外贸转型升级基地（医疗器械）”的工作。

1997年，获卫生部科技进步二等奖；1999年，被评为天津市教育卫生系统优秀共产党员；2000年，被中国教工委天津委员会评为高校1999年度优秀工会积极分子；2001年，获国家科技进步二等奖；2008年，获天津市科技进步二等奖；2011年，获天津市专利一等奖；2012年，获天津市科技进步一等奖；2017年，获天津市科技进步二等奖；2022年，获天津市科技进步二等奖。

Publicity Show of the Council Members of Tianjin People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries——Tianjin Chamber of Commerce for Medical Device

I. About Association

Established in 2007, the Tianjin Chamber of Commerce for Medical Device (TCCMDI) is a voluntary organization composed of enterprises engaged in the production and management of medical devices in Tianjin. Registered in the Society Bureau, it is a society organization with independent legal personality. TCCMDI has more than 150 members and a number of excellent member enterprises with advanced technology and good reputation. Focusing on market and service, TCCMDI leads enterprises to develop domestic and international markets and participate in international cooperation and exchange. It has safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of members and assisted enterprises in solving issues.

II. International Exchanges and Cooperation

TCCMDI has organized enterprises to participate in international professional exhibitions such as Dubai International Medical Instrument Exhibition and Düsseldorf International Medical Instrument Exhibition. In outward trade, TCCMDI encourages enterprises to carry out exchanges, visits and cooperation activities. In Dubai, it led enterprises to visit the United Arab Emirates Federation of Overseas Chinese. In Europe, they visited the Frankfurt Industrial Association and the German-Chinese Friendship Association. In South Africa, they visited the Ministry of Health of the South Africa Government. In the United States, they visited World Trade Headquarters in New York. In 2017, TCCMDI organized enterprises to go to Brazil and Peru with the municipal commission of commerce for trade promotion and business exchanges. During the period, they visited the São Paulo World Trade Center, the Brazil-China Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Peruvian Exporters, API and the China Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office in Peru. These activities enable enterprises to broaden their horizons, exchange business information and seek business opportunities.

In 2019, TCCMDI call of boosting international trade and seized the huge market opportunities brought by "the Belt and Road" initiative. With the support of commercial departments at all levels and in cooperation with Northern International Tianjin Medical Insurance Company (Tianjin Medical Insurance), TCCMDI established the "Tianjin Medical Device (Uganda) Service Exhibition Center" in Africa. The center has an exhibition hall of 150 square meters, displaying more than 200 products of more than 20 Tianjin enterprises. Relying on more than 80 Chinese and foreign employees of Tianjin Medical Insurance, it provides Tianjin enterprises with warehousing and transportation, after-sales maintenance and other services. The Uganda Service Exhibition Center has become the bridgehead for Tianjin medical device enterprises to explore the African market.

III. About Council Member’s Representative

Ms. Song Xuedong (master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China) is the secretary of the Party branch of Tianjin Meda Medical Science and Technology Co., ltd., and the Director and Executive Deputy General Manager of Meda Co., ltd. Ms. Song established the International Department of Meda. Every year, she leads the team to participate in the international exhibitions of medical device for many times. Due to her efforts, the export value gradually accounts for half of the Company's revenue. She followed the medical team to carry out "the Belt and Road" "Light Trip" projects in Namibia and assisted the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, High-tech Zone and Medical Device Chamber to set up the "Tianjin Medical Device (Uganda) Service Exhibition Center". She has devoted to promote the development of "National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base (Medical Device) of Tianjin Binhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone".

Awards: the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress by the Ministry of Health (1997); the Outstanding CPC Member of Tianjin Education and Health System (1999); the Excellent Trade Union Activist of 1999 by Tianjin Committee of China Education and Working Committee (2000); the Second Prize for National Scientific and Technological Progress (2001); the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Tianjin Municipality (2008); the First Prize for Patent of Tianjin Municipality (2011); the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Tianjin Municipality (2012); the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Tianjin Municipality (2017); the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Tianjin Municipality (2022).
