博迈科海洋工程股份有限公司成立于1996年，现位于天津滨海新区，是一家专注于国际市场的专业模块EPC(设计采办建造)服务公司，致力于以液化天然气工厂、海洋油气工程和矿业为主的各类模块的设计和集成建造，为国际高端能源和矿业客户提供服务。公司于2016年11月于上海证券交易所主板上市，正式进入资本市场，为推动企业长期健康稳定的发展提供了强有力的条件。

2019年12月,公司所承建的ARCTIC LNG2项目在公司临港建造场地结构车间举行了隆重的项目开工仪式，该项目位于俄罗斯北极地区，属于“一带一路”重要战略合作项目，公司总裁彭文成先生、Novatek公司代表Karpushin Oleg先生及业主GYGAZ 方代表Jean-Marc Aubry先生等各方管理层出席了仪式。
2021年11月，法国驻华大使Laurent Bili先生一行来访博迈科临港建造场地，与博迈科总裁彭文成及业主代表会面，双方进行了深入交流。2021年12月，由挪威国家能源商会主办，博迈科赞助举办的“挪威—中国浮式生产储油轮研讨会”成功召开。与会嘉宾就FPSO等海洋工程装备在海洋油气资源开发中的诸多问题和未来发展趋势作了广泛交流。

彭文成，1965年出生，北大光华管理学院高级工商管理硕士，四川富顺人，无党派人士，高级工程师，现任中国工商业联合会执行委员、天津市工商联副主席、天津市政协委员、滨海新区人大代表、滨海新区政协常务委员、滨海新区工商联副主席、滨海新区保税区商会会长；曾获全国劳动模范、天津市劳动模范、天津市五一劳动奖章、天津市杰出企业家、天津市优秀企业家等荣誉称号。

In December 2019, the ARCTIC LNG2 Project undertaken by the BOMESC held a grand commencement ceremony in the structural workshop of the Company's port construction site. The project is located in the Arctic region of Russia and is an important strategic cooperation project of the "Belt and Road Initiative". Mr. Peng Wencheng, President of the company, Mr. Karpushin Oleg, representative of Novatek, Mr. Jean-Marc Aubry, representative of proprietor GYGAZ and other management attended the ceremony.
In November 2021, Mr. Laurent Bili, French ambassador to China, and his delegation visited the port construction site of BOMESC and met with Peng Wencheng, president of BOMESC, and the proprietor's representative. The two sides had in-depth exchanges. In December 2021, the "Norway China FPSO Seminar" hosted by the Norwegian National Energy Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by BOMESC was successfully held. The participants had extensive exchanges on many problems and future development trends faced by offshore engineering equipment such as FPSO in the development of offshore oil and gas resources.

Peng Wencheng, born in 1965 in Fushun, Sichuan Province, is a senior master of business administration from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University. As a non-party personage and a senior engineer, he is now an executive member of China Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice chairman of Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce, member of Tianjin CPPCC, representative of Binhai New Area People's Congress, standing member of Binhai New Area CPPCC, vice chairman of Binhai New Area Federation of Industry and Commerce and President the Chamber of Commerce of Binhai New Area Free Trade Zone. He has won the honorary titles of national model worker, Tianjin model worker, Tianjin May 1st Labor Medal, Tianjin outstanding entrepreneur and so on.
